Jobs 4 California Graduates (J4CG) will identify students with multiple barriers to success, and provide a successful transition from high school to post-secondary institutions and careers through the Trauma Resilient Educational Communities (TREC) model.
J4CG is a TREC Accredited Social Service Agency.

Multi-Year Intervention Program
The Multi-Year Intervention Program has become the most popular of the high school programs in hopes of keeping students in traditional high school through graduation.
Learn MoreOut-of-School (OOS) Program
The Out-of-School (OOS) is designed to serve youth (ages 16-24) who have left the traditional school system and are interested in completing requirements for a high school diploma or attain a GED (verify availability with educational provider or school of attendance).

J4CG Program and JAG Specialists Awarded at the NTS Event
The J4CG team attended the NTS event in Las Vegas, NV between July 8 and July 12, 2024. We are thrilled to announce that our J4CGteam received the “Disrupter Award” during this event for empowering our JAG network through Trauma-Resilient Educational Communities (TREC) and increased student engagement across the state.

The NCDC is the pinnacle experience for JAG youth around the country to demonstrate their employability skills, explore career options, connect with employers, and create pathways for their future as members of the JAG Career Association (JAGCA).
